Seem that writing on education is interesting since I am working in education. As a lecturer, I always meet and share my thoughts to my students.
A student is a designer of his or her future. This statement always a favorite sharing [motivational spirit] when I start my course or teaching of a new class. I like to trigger students awareness at the beginning of the learning process. I believe that students are the bosses of their future. Therefore, they have to know and aware their capacity.
Why?
#Students are mature
Students have to perceive that they are independent. Since moving from high school to university, students ideally have to change their perspective of how to see their life and the way they behave. Having mature is a concept of a successful student. It is very vital to achieve this crucial level of students. Mature means students are able to divide and analyse good or bad for themselves. It is an important step to achieve their dreams. The way they define the future purposes should be well designed. Having mature way of thinking would be a must of students integrity.
#Students expectations
Expectations are dreams to achieve among students. Students need to shape what they have to reach at the end of their education. Expectations have to be designed and planned well to put priorities. Without putting in lines of future expectations, students are difficult to put ways of better future. Therefore, students have to design what best to expect, for sure the best expectations.
#Students knowledge
To design good dreams and targets, students should consider that knowledge is a basic foundation. Knowledge will shape and ignite the spirit of designing good future.
Anyway, I believe that #Students are the "designers". They are who design their future [good or bad future].
