Learning from an experience, sometimes homework is not only applicable to small children in primary school but up to college there is still a name of his homework.
What is the purpose of the homework?
I think this homework is very important, because of the many positive reasons we get from homework. Among them is to train the responsibility of a child and repeat what has been learned in school.
This homework is not a burden for a child, but it is one way to foster communication between children and parents and deepen understanding of the material that has been given so that a child can solve a problem that is given by the teacher in the form of homework.
Homework is not a deterrent effect given by a teacher, but that is a science we might get outside school. Because the homework will lead to interaction both in one family and one group.
So many positive effects that we can find from homework. Especially for children who are still elementary school is very important in my opinion that they have a responsibility so they will get used to always carry out their responsibilities.
The role of the family whether parents or relatives is also very important to encourage and guidance to the child that he is accustomed and always trained to be personally responsible and certainly make a success for children.
The support from the family can be kind of giving a gift or other form if the homework he did was right, so that could be an encouragement for him. But do not get used to the promise of promises that want to please the child alone, because it can make the child becomes more lazy to do something.
Homework is not just academically. There are several other forms of homework that must be provided by parents such as helping parents do homework such as dishwashing or other light things so that the character of the child will be formed so that he will find the identity.
Because it is unfortunate that parents only focus on academic achievement alone it will hurt the child.
That's a bit of my view of homework by experience.
