Sometimes it is not how much you earn that matters but how much you give in love for the welfare of others.
Yesterday was indeed an amazing time for me and as well a turning point for the pupils especially and the staff of Government Primary School, Ikot Ese, Akwa Ibom State, Southern Nigeria, as I and @Joshuaetim reached out in love to reward pupils for excellence in the academic work. As our way of encouraging them to learn and spur the passion for creativity and education of a brighter and better tomorrow, we decided to reward give out rewards in the form of notebooks and biros to those of them that emerged 1st, 2rd and 3rd positions in their respective classes as they closed for the term.
Some of us are not just here to earn a living but to shine as light in love and benevolence so that through our act of love our sphere of contact would be better than we met it.
Product Of Help Initiative
The project kicked off in the northern part of the country (Nigeria), initiated by 
The first phase of this project began with Ishaq, a 12year old boy who has lost his dad and seemed helpless on the street. He, through the product of help initiative was given financial support to serve and be trained as a tailor.
The second phase of the project was the distribution of over 30 notebooks to school children as seen here. I thus believe in the vision of POHI and would do everything in my power to sustain and spread abroad its core values in real time. There is no better feeling than knowing you are the reason that child is smiling.
Mixed Emotions
I was happy our plans for the third phase worked at right and we were able to meet up and reach out to the children amidst of the challenges we had. The staff and children welcomed us warmly and it was indeed an awesome experience that I cannot express enough in English.
Smart Children but victim of circumstance
Although we were able to put a smile on their faces with the rewards for hard work and excellence, there is still a lot more work to be done there. The children indeed need a touch of love and support of new school bags, sandal, writing materials, uniforms and other necessary accessories so they can learn with ease and become the better leaders of tomorrow that we look forward.
They are indeed in the leaders of the next generation and must be adequately prepared for what lies ahead.

This pupils are all of the same school for the record, you are actually seeing several colors apart from the official green and green carpeted cheek because of lack of funds by their parents or guardians.

We have the mindset that every child is our child and thus deserves our love and support.

We indeed are not going back on this project as we would indeed return to do more for them and other sister schools as well. we actually ear marked some pupils e (four pupils for the records) that we would be providing new pairs uniform , school bags and sandals for come next term for is just a month ago.
