This art was made of colored paper and this was made by a Grade 12 Stem student. This was their performance task in their Contemporary Arts class under ma'am 
Here's an another version...
The colored paper are cut into strips and then rolled, paste it on the paper, then formed it into dress. You can just draw the upper part, which is the body. :)
