Knockout Series Explained:
The game is all about speed and knocking your opponent out by commenting before they do. When you knock your opponent out you will move to the next round until there is only one winner left!
Everyone who replies with "ENTER S2" in the comment section of this post will be entered into the game. The closing date to register ends at 13:00 UTC time on August 20. After the closing time we will have many players that will be randomly placed into a knockout style chart similar to this one:
The chart will be adjusted according to how many players enter. After the entry post I will create a new post between 14:00-16:00 UTC time on August 20 time with everyone mentioned in the post. The new post will be called "STEEMIT KNOCKOUT SERIES SEASON 2 | ROUND 1".
Rules:
You have to reply with the KEYGIF to the "STEEMIT KNOCKOUT SERIES | ROUND #" before your opponent does to knock them out and advance to the next round. SPEED IS KEY HERE.
For example: KEYGIF: "NUTS" you need to post a .gif containing some form of NUTS.
Depending on the number of players I will work out how many rounds we need to go. Each Knockout window will last 2 hours. In this time window you have to be extremely alert and ready to reply!
All other rounds will be within the same time frame, 24 hours apart.
Round 2 - 14:00-16:00 UTC time on August 21
Round 3 - 14:00-16:00 UTC time on August 22
All the way to the finals.
It is possible that not all players will take part in Round One in order to balance the charts. Players will be entered into the charts at random. Keep in mind, if you are mentioned in the KNOCKOUT ROUND REPLY you need to respond ASAP.
If two players have not knocked each other out before the new KNOCKOUT ROUND REPLY there will be a coin flip to decide who gets knocked out and who moves on.
Introducing: Piggyback
Once you have been knocked out you can choose to piggyback a player. Meaning if this player goes all the way to be in 1st place you will still win some SBD that will be in a separate prize pool.
EXAMPLE: If you piggyback
and he/she wins 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, you will also win some SBD.
Piggyback Rules
- You can only Piggyback once, in the round that you have been knocked out.
- You can not change your piggyback (no editing your original piggyback comment).
- No piggybacking after the Semifinals.
To piggyback a player simply comment: "Piggyback "

2nd place: 35%

Piggyback Winners:
20% of the prize pool will be split evenly among the piggyback winners.
