RADIANCE
Illuminated by the flickering radiance
of your pupils turned into honey and amber,
by the gleam of your breath of strawberries and moss,
by the effulgence of your tongue of broken pitchers;
a moan escapes...
that of the long night and the short day
that of drinking the sour wine of the pulsating aurora
in the tender awakening of your senses
in the flaming petals arising
from your ethereal sheets.
Let the whole weight of the world rest upon me
bear with me the small death
that your hips and your navel inflict on me
and understand the cry of those
that groan because of you
in the bitter dawn of the elusive awakening.
You, muse of the living waters
of forest and female scents
You who devour the fierce essence
of long-suppressed longings
Fall asleep once more
on top the rock and the throne
that rightfully belong to you.
Exercise your rule, woman,
flash, cold coral and burning tantalum
Do reclaim the fluid that flows by your grace
in the silvery reclining of auroras
in the eternal diaspora of my children
and in the animal fury of my anguish.
