Today (August 1st 2018) in the Northern Hemisphere is Lammas (aka Lughnassad), one of the eight festivals on the Wheel of the Year in the Pagan community. As I've been doing for a few years now, I created a pair of infographics for the occasion. One is a basic rundown of this Cross Quarter Day, and the other is a ritual I created for a post in 2015 called, Lammas Painted Bread. Oh, and for those wondering what I meant by Simple Feast in that graphic, it is (according to Scott Cunningham) "A ritual meal shared with the Goddess and God."
However, today in the Southern Hemisphere it is Imbolc (opposite Lammas on the Wheel). I've also created an infographic for it.
For everyone in the Northern hemisphere, Happy Lammas!
For those in the Southern hemisphere, Happy Imbolc!
Wherever you are in the world, bright blessings to you!
