Tips on living a healthy life
Alot of people dont really know what it's takes to live healthy, this ways it's makes us visit the hospital so much when we have different way we could live healthy. Will be sharing tips on how to live a healthy life.
- Don't skip breakfast: you would not consider starting a long journey in your car without first filling it with fuel. by the Same token, you should not begin a day without giving your body the sustenance it's requires.enery levels are low in the mornings, and your body needs an energy boost,in the form of food to start the day.
- Don't get thirsty: in order for your skin to look its best and most youthful it's is better to remain well hydrated at all times.this means drinking alot of water will just do well in our body.
N.B: drinking water offers slots of other benefit too.
3.eat more fish: fish is said to contain lots of protein which is said to be very good in our system. I would advice you consume fish that contains a portion of oil. - Eat less salt: you should eat lesser salt at least not more than 6g per day.
- Cut down Saturday fat and sugar: sugar is said to be good in the body but excess of its could be very dangerous to your system so also oil.
- Base your meals on starchy carbohydrate.
7.get active and be at healthy weight: always make sure your active always and not always dull so you don't break down and maintain a healthy weight. - Eat lot of fruit and vegetables:a healthy diet include eating at least five portion,and ideally more of a variety of truth and vegetables each day.
- Eat to eat beat high blood pressure:high blood pressure is a bad news for your health .if left unchecked, it's can lead to stroke or heart attack as well as damage your to the kidney and eyes.
- Exercise always: always make sure you exercise your body so you don't get heavy.
