Hello fellow Steemjetters, I bring you greetings from the crypto space. This is going to be a long post, carefully take your time to go through it.
Ten days ago after our boss made a POST about the Steemjet Space Force Launch Codes, the ball was set rolling for the emergence of brilliant innovations, steem powered ideas and proper documentation of Steemjet activities.

Thereafter, to achieve a more organized community, and other members of the SF 1;

met, brainstormed and came up with a chart that separated the delegates into 9 departments with the sole aim of working together as a team to achieve a common goal for the ultimate benefit of Steemjet community. You can find out more details from HERE from a post made by

One of the 9 departments formed is the Human Resource/Customer Care, and in this post I'll be highlighting our roles, duties, what the community should expect of us, as well as what we do expect from the community.
For some of us that have a knowledge about the Human Resource department, we know that any company or organization without this department or its alternative is likely to fail or collapse in the long run, as workers' welfare is always amongst top priorities of any successful organization or establishment.

Currently, the Human Resource department consist of three members who are all delegates; ,
and myself as the head.
The vision of Steemjet is global steem adoption, and as such it is imperative to have a functional unit that will oversee the needs and welfare of our members who are working tirelessly to take steem and other cryptos to the ends of the earth. The department is saddled with these responsibilities and more.
We have the product, the product knowledge and customer service to give, our members are our customers, and we are their business partners. We're ready to make your dreams come true, because we believe in you and we believe in the Steemjet vision.
Our boss , equally believes in us and believes in the Steemjet vision and in the community to succeed beyond cultural, religious, societal and technological boundaries, and that's why he said this....
Steemjet employees are the best examples of human advertisement that teach the world that crypto can make your dreams come true, and steem is unique among all cryptocurrencies.
The Vision of Human Resource Department
To create a friendly working environment to all Steemjet members and delegates, so as to give all the opportunity to explore their talents and potentials without feeling oppressed or intimidated, and create a sense of value for everyone to enable them work effectively towards the realization of the ultimate goal of global steem adoption and dimensional marketing.

Our Mission
We will promote and teach steem and other cryptos in schools, markets, communities etc. With Steemjet community as our focus, where we shall document and update vital information about our members, keep records of their progress and challenges, help organize and sponsor Steemjet meet-ups across the globe, resolve conflicts amongst members, drive and sustain meaningful communication and promote love and unity in the community.
Our Roles
I am strongly of the belief that everyone has something to offer. Just like in movies, every actor plays a particular character called role.
In the Steemjet community, we have roles, and with the support of the community we'll deliver them successfully.
- Creation of Steemjet Database
Currently we have about 70 delegates and over 300 members of the Steemjet community. But sadly, many members are yet to know other members, many delegates are yet to know other delegates of the community.
We cannot fly our Jet at a higher dimension if we don't know how many people are onboard.
- We need to know the total no. Of members we have per time.
- We need to know how many of the members are male and how many how females.
- We need to know how many members are onboard at a particular location.
- We need to know when a new airport has been established. (A member coming onboard from a completely new location)
- We need to know when a member will celebrate his/her birthday and the birthday of a Steemjetter coming up next.
- We need to know how many Steemjetters are celebrating birthday in a particular month, so we can plan ahead and throw a Steem bath party for them.
- We need to know other Steemjet members who stay within the same location with us in our country for the purpose of Steemjet meet-ups.
Asides that, the Steemjet database will help us to make statistical analysis and statistical inference about the community and towards the growth of the community.
We have started collating the details of everyone (both members and delegates) in the community. We're currently creating a Steemjet database for the entire community, to help us achieve this faster, there's a Steemjet registration form online, we've created with the purpose of making it easy for everyone to submit the needed details.

Below is a table showing the details of members, we've collated so far; their usernames, dept., rep, sex, location and birthday. The table is incomplete, those with incomplete details are those who are yet to fill the form and those who are not even aware of this yet, and so we're also creating awareness through this post so no one will be left out.

From those who have registered so far, we found out that 78.6% are males, while 21.4% are females. We missed two birthdays celebration last month and we also have two birthdays of steemjet members coming up in December. So far, a greater percentage of Steemjet members are found in Nigeria while we have others from India and Pakistan.

I'm aware that some persons belong to two departments. As such, not stating your other department in the table above does not erase the fact that you belong there.

Here is a simple guide to guide step on how to fill the registration form.
Enter your email address and click on next
If you're a new member, click on "Yes" under Newbie, if you're not, click on "No".
Username: Enter your steemit username, you don't have to add "@".
Click on male or female depending on your gender, you can't be both or none. Then enter your current steemit rep.
Location: here, we're interested not just in your country, but in your specific location. Type your location, and then add your country. E.g Lagos, Nigeria. This will really help us to know how members are at a particular location for the purpose of Steemjet meet-ups.
Department: Click on the department you belong, if you don't have a department yet. Just click on others or just leave it blank.
Date of Birth: Here, we're not interested in the year, as many may not wish to disclose it and that's understandable. Just enter your correct birth month and day, you can pick any year you like.
Image: Just upload one good personal picture of yours that we'll use for your profile and birthday celebration.
Click on submit, and you're done. That's all.
- Organization of Steemjet meet-ups
Meet-ups helps to grow a community. It bridges the gap between the strongest and the weakest within a community. Meet-ups is where virtual love becomes touched and felt.
We shall be organizing meet-ups at different locations across the globe.
The sole aim will be to teach cryptos and steem to Steemjet members and prospective Steemjet members. In addition, it will be for purpose of meaningful interactions, rapport, discussions, sharing of ideas and more on how the community can move forward. People outside the community will be invited, so as to help get new members onboard.
Pictures and videos will be taken, documented and shared for other members who weren't at the meet-up to see.
- Conflict Resolution
We don't wish for any conflict to occur or exist. But conflict is natural and is part of the human nature. We are saddled with the responsibility of resolving any form of conflict within members of the community.
We all come from different backgrounds, and our thoughts, views, opinions, perception, education and training varies. As such, once in a while there might be a misunderstanding or a clash of opinions or interests. When you encounter any of these, do well to forward all your complaints to the Human Resource department. We'll see how to resolve the issue, if it is beyond us, we shall forward it to the SF 1 members, if it's beyond them, they will forward it to our boss .
Like yesterday, someone contacted us and complained that he's being owed SP delegation. So feel free to always forward your complaints to us.
Please never allow your personal grieviances to override the overall interest of the Steemjet community at any point. Don't go and make a post about anything you're uncomfortable with concerning the community, in an attempt to shame her. it's our community, let's protect it.
We may be different and come from different places, but we now share a common ground which is Steemjet. That's our family, and that's where we belong.
- Birthday Celebration
With the Steemjet database, no member would need to remind us of his/her birthday as we'll be keeping track of them as well as create publicity concerning it when due.
On the birthday of a particular member, every other member of the community shall send at least 0.1 SBD/Steem to the celebrant. The minimum is 0.1 SBD, you can send beyond that if you wish so. This is just my thought and is subjective to the agreement of the community. I would love to know your thoughts about this.

In addition, the Human Resource dept., shall send birthday gift in form of SBD/Steem to the celebrant. This will make the member feel more valued as well as make him/her to develop a greater sense of belonging in the community.
Maintain and Update Records
We will continue to keep records and update information about the size of our community, based on membership strength as well as information on the activities and progress of the community. We shall keep everyone updated on weekly/monthly basis on the number of newbies onboarding our aircraft. This will help us measure the growth of our community in terms of size.Discord Party Show/Curation
We shall organize and host a weekly discord show every weekend by Saturday at 20:00GMT (subjected to the decision of the community) in the Steemjet discord channel.
In the show, we shall get to discuss with fellow members of the community on the successes as well as different challenges they might be facing with their steemjet project. We'll find out about how they're faring and how they spent their week. We shall also look out for Steemjet posts that have not receive good curation and curate it. There shall also be music, freebies and give away in form of SBD/Steem to help everyone afford a bottle of chilled Kunu drinks and party hard.Creation of Steemjet Website
I personally see Steemjet as a business. And business is a people game. Business and communities are driven by people and interrelationships.
Why do we need a website?
We need to have an online presence on other platforms. Our vision is global steem adoption. To achieve this, we need to take the awareness outside of Steemit to the forgotten corners of the world, to stage a massive movement and get plenty people join us onboard.
How can people have access to our products and services?
By having access to our website. Our website will have different web pages highlighting the different services available on steemjet, people will get to learn about cryptos, steem and Steemjet through our Website. And then, they'll take the next step of getting registered on Steemit so they could get to join our community officially.
With our website, the steemjet community will be accessible around the clock from any part of the world. With just a click, people can sit at the convenience of their homes and learn about steemjet and all the projects ongoing in the steemjet community.
This will present people with an opportunity to leverage on to attain financial freedom. Also by building a website for steemjet, we will increase our credibility and trust as people tend to have more trust for the products and services they find online on a website.
We will also extend our awareness strategy to other social media platforms like facebook, instagram and twitter about steemjet.

What The Community Should Expect From Us?
The community should expect us to carry out our roles. Just like it has been outlined, and deliver our job effectively. Where they feel we're underperforming, they should feel free to call our attention to it.
What We Expect from The Community
All we expect from the community is cooperation. We need your cooperation to succeed, we also need your ideas and contributions. If we request of you to do anything, please do for the ultimate benefit of the community.

For the Human Resource/Customer Care Unit to function efficiently and effectively, we'll need the following items below for the task ahead
N/B: C&M means Cost of creating and Maintenance, the 70 ID cards will be in designed in soft copies for the 70 delegates carrying their usernames, passport, department and designation, the birthday/discord giveaways will be for the entire year.
A Call For Recruitment
The harvest is plenty, and the labourers are few. We're just 3 guys in the department, we'll need 2 additional talented ladies with fine voices to join us, whether you're a delegate or non-delegate, you're free to apply.
