"What to eat today?" Is a permanent question in my head because I am the one who decides the meal for the family. Casually surfing on the facebook, I saw a salad dish look so delicious. So, I decided that I would make the salad even if the ingredients are not as full as the picture I saw.
What salad will I have? What is not fat ... Thought for a long time I chose grilled chicken breast salad. What sauce other than mayonnaise?
I remember the Japanese sesame seeds sauce
which is quite impressive taste. So I'm up to youtube to see how to make the Japanese sesame seeds sauce.
So my grilled chicken breast salad with Japanese sesame seeds sauce was made like that!
All are improvised according to my taste!
Grilled chicken breast: It takes about 40 minutes:
Ingredient:
- Chicken breast
- Five-spice powder
- Basil powder
- Fish sauce
- Molasses
Making:
- Thoroughly washed chicken breasts
- Chicken breast marinated in five flavors, basil, fish sauce and molasses at a rate of 1 teaspoon as shown in the video below for about 5 minutes.
- Put in the airfryer or oven, bake at 150 degrees C for 35 minutes
Japanese sesame sauce: it takes about 5 minutes
Ingredients: measured with a teaspoon
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed roasted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon oyster sauce
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
Making: All of them are together into a mixture of homogeneous
Salad: about 10 minutes
Ingredient:
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Lettuce salad
- Chia seeds
Making:
- Cucumber removed shell and gut, diced
- Carrot, sliced vegetable salad
- Mix them all with the sauce just above

This dish is served with boiled eggs, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, and lettuce. The layout of the image.
The white sauce is a combination of yogurt and condensed milk, apple cider vinegar and mayonnaise. I will discuss how to do it in the next lesson!
