To make an avocado sandwich you will need:
- Bread.
- 1/4 of ripe avocado
- 1 egg.
- 2 or 3 slices of York ham.
- 1 or 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 tomato cut into thin slices.
- Salt, pepper and olive oil.
How to make an avocado sandwich
- In the list of ingredients I have not been very specific with the type of bread for a very simple reason, you can use the one you like most without any problem.
