- 2/3 teaspoon sugar
- 1/7 tea spoon Hing
- 1/7 teaspoon bitrate
- 1/4 teaspoon testing salts
- If you wish, you can use the readymade spice flour from the market.
Final Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for making chut spices separately and mix them together. Keep in mind that the spices are mixed very well.
- Heat a frying pan, and heat it with stove. Heat the oil, boil it with boiled cube cut potatoes. Sprinkle some salt on top and fry it. It takes about 8-10 minutes.
