SteemMonsters, My Journey
We all are on a journey and I will be the first to admit, not once did I consider how Steemit would change my life.
Within one short year (on 11/27) I have met some amazing people. Kind, generous, supportive people that have helped me along the way, but nothing prepared me for a game like @SteemMonsters. Winning some packs at the beginning phases of the game I figured what coulda it hurt? Shortly thereafter one contest here and there, little did I realize I was slowly getting drawn in.
One contest I won my first gold card, then One person after another would send me more cards, to name a few of these amazing givers were:

One thing for certain is that even though STEEM has taken a fall, there is something here on Steemit keeping us together and that is games like SteemMonsters, people who are still having fun, and those of us in for the long haul.
Many of the people I stick with on the daily and find encouragement are true gems. One of these people is @NathanMars who started up the DTube Revolution 777 Family, so if you have not yet climbed on board the train, go get your ticket because we are about to leave the station.
DTube is bringing it, with a possible meetup planned in Barcelona and I do not know about you but that sounds like a great place to have some amazing fun with our Steemit/DTube fam. Another plan in the works is SteemFiesta hosted by @Fyrstikken and if you have it had a chance to visit Peru then here is your opportunity. Macu picu has been a dream location since I was a child and to incoporate that with our Steemit fam would be a dream come true.
It is with initiatives like these that bond us together to make us stronger, and I for one am here to stay. So let us think about how we can create a positive environment on Steemit and bring it real and hard.
