The longer the start of the new season of Steem Monsters legendary battles is postponed the more anxious I seem to become...
But time for Season 3 will come. From the description given about the updates, I expect the fights to be more strategic than before when you chose your deck and plunged into a series of battles, until one of two things happened: you realized your objective for the day (or exhaustion gets to you), or you discovered you got beaten a lot and made adjustments, then continued playing.
Going forward it's each fight with its own deck depending on the enemy. Seems more engaging and also probably less fights will be fought this way. At least that's what I understood before actually seeing the implementation of the changes.
Rookie Mistakes
Since I only played Steem Monsters for a couple of days, apparently I did at least one rookie mistake.
Can you guess what it was from the image below?
Yeah, I upgraded my monsters (and not only one of them, unfortunately) before I upgraded my summoners.
And now I can't use the upgraded monsters until I upgrade the respective summoner(s).
Not the best decision at all... But I had no idea of this restriction.
Well, at least now I know. And if you are a Steem Monsters rookie and get to read this, now so do you.
