Steemmonster Card Pack Giveaway

I won 1 Steemmonster card pack in Hive account@stackin giveaway, so I might as well give back something. I am going to give away 2 Steemmonster packs to people who upvote and comment on this post. I am going to use random.org to pick the winners (only 2 this time, I am not so rich in SBD) so I have to use steemd.com to find out who voted for the post.

I believe I can only get the usernames of people who voted on steemd, is there any way of knowing who only commented and didn't vote, so they too can be included?

I hope that the persons who win these 2 packs can get at least one of the rarer cards.
