And so the new Challenge mode is available for testing on the testnet. Not much of a preview here. Basically now players are able to battle against an opponent of your choosing. You can also select the summoner level to play in, and restrictions on the cards edition (Gold, Alpha, etc).
A wager can also be placed on the Challenge. It will likely start with wagering of Beta Packs. Winner takes all. We might see different bets in future, eg cards or steem?
With Challenge mode, players can start practising against friends without the risk of dropping ratings. Or try to build the unbeatable meta team, easier if you can play it on challenge mode.
Other than just playing daily quests or rankings, competitions or offsite tournaments can now be organised for more fun.
