A Flash of Light Explodes upon the Battlefield

Greetings all Steemians and Steem Monsters fans out there! I (Hive account@em3) just joined your numbers.

The wonderful. The generous. The benevolent Mr Hive account@aggroed was so wonderful as to gift me a Promo Code during a recent MSP Waves on-air broadcast to get me started on Steem Monsters. After setting it up I bought my first 25 booster packs of cards....and away we go!!!!

My first booster pack is as follows:

No time to waste..... I have entered the battlefield and stand undefeated after 5 battles. Well... two were forfeited by the other side. Nevertheless in the 3 that I did engage....I came out on top every time. Is it beginners luck? Or is the Big Bang destined for greatness?

So far it has been good fun. With these few battles i get a feel for how things function and a few glimpses of how to choose and use the cards. No doubt that your help and advice and assistance will be needed. There is still so much to learn!!

What do you see as my best card? The Stonesplitter Orc? OR?? Those two Divine Healers should be useful. Adding them together to level up.
