The Lord of Darkness is probably my favourite card and I really would compare him to the likes of Thanos and reimagined him as a World Eater that spreads Darkness and death to planets he touches. The more life he destroys the more the darkness consumes him!

The Process

I really enjoyed sketching my version of this card. In my head I wanted him to be holding a planet similar to our own to destroy.

I decided to add a black hole to give him something to "stand on" and hopefully looks more menacing - being able to travel large distances in search for more planets.
