The Food Review
The Tapsilog is a meal composed of Filipino beef jerky, garlic fried rice, and fried egg. The name was derived from the ingredients. The beef jerky is known as “Tapa”, garlic fried rice is called “Sinangag”, and the Filipino term for egg is “Itlog” called TapSiLog. This is the best-seller of Tapsi ni Momsi. The beef is tender and juicy. The fried rice is palatable.

The Food Review
The Longsilog is another popular breakfast dish by most Filipinos which is a combination of Longanisa (sausage) together with garlic fried rice (“Sinangag”) and egg (“Itlog"). Longanisa is a flavored sausage that is commonly made of ground pork meat and spices. You can easily taste the spices that used to marinate the Longanisa.

The Food Review
This Pork Tapsilog Recipe is the quick and easy way to make this popular dish using pork (instead of beef). It has a deep fried pork, fried rice (“Sinangag”) and egg (“Itlog"). A little bit greasy because of the fat of pork. The pork is not tough.
