SPORTS FEST 2018

Sports fest is one of the stress remedy of some OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) here in UAE or in some other countries. They have a basketball league, volleyball, table tennis, dart and etc. The Sports fest can help a lot most especially if you are in home sick mode. It has a biggest help also to our healthy living as an example of body exercise. It has a lot of fun and excitement; everybody is eager to win in any kind of games. This is the best bonding for all. Even though I am watching only while eating pancit bihon and gulaman at sago (one of the Filipino favorite foods).
