Hive account@angelbless went to the agency 2 weeks ago to reserve for the flat we will be shifting to, the agent whom we talked with clearly told us that he will give us a week to transfer our things to the new flat. Last week, we started calling him for the update of the contract. That's when the nightmare started. He said, it will be ready by Sunday. There was no contract made on Sunday and told us many excuses so I thought its fine because we still have a week to process the contract even I know that the contract can be made for only a day. Monday came and we didn't call him and We didn't call him on Monday and just today, Tuesday, and quite pissed off, I called him and ask for the update of the contract and told us it will be ready tomorrow since the first cheque payment is dated tomorrow March 28! If only he has told us that the contract will only be done on the date of the first cheque payment, we have written it on the 25th of March so that we will have time to ready ourselves with the shifting, the application of the water and electricity connection and saved ourselves with our phone credits by calling him for days! I told him that he clearly told us that he will give us 1 week to transfer our things from our first meeting then now he was telling me how could he tell us to transfer things when we don't have the contract? What a pathetic liar! I personally chose him because he seems so confident in presenting his proposal but now I regret having him as our agent.
Our contract will start on April 1st there and the only time we can transfer is on Thursday. This is bad.
This is why I hate people who don't keep their word especially when you do your part and you are left hanging.
