Please help Zai - a mother's call for help

My heart is breaking while I write this. I am reaching out to you kind steemians because my husband's highschool batchmate reached out and asked for help.

She is a mom, and she struggles because her daughter has Cancer of the blood, Cancer sa dugo as she says in the facebook message. She says this after she greets my husband a happy birthday. She continues, any amount will be a big help for her daughter.

She says her daughter needs blood donations and financial help and to tell officemates, friends, family members that may be able to help her daughter.

Blood Cancer

The high number of abnormal white blood cells are not able to fight infection, and they impair the ability of the bone marrow to produce red blood cells and platelets. Lymphoma is a type of blood cancer that affects the lymphatic system, which removes excess fluids from your body and produces immune cells.

On Thursday she and her daughter will be back at Philippine General Hospital, for another round of Chemotherapy which will cost Php 11,000 per session ~$ 214. If she gets GL which is some form of financial assistance, she can get it for Php 7,000 or Php 8,000 ~$156.

I cringe at this photo but that is what she needs to pay for and will help her daughter get better.

On her facebook profile, she shows her daughter is fighting through the cancer and she has videos there of her daughter being happy inspite of difficulty walking and this hardship altogether. She shows her simple family in the videos.
