In the first two meet ups we hosted under the SteemPH Meet Up Caravan in Bulacan and Cavite, we have seen a group of people who were brought together by Steemit. Our experience in Antipolo was completely different.
From their introduction post Steemph.Antipolo: A Story of us All we already know that this is a community that has a long and enduring relationship even before coming across Steemit. What surprised us the most is how that was extended to us and our family almost instantaneously. We felt like we've known everyone for a long time and we felt very comfortable sharing our thoughts with everybody with genuine hope to help them improve their Steemit experience.
A Day of Learning & Fun in One Event
We were so busy with setting up and then the actual presentation, and missed setting up a camera to capture the session in the video. Big thanks to for tirelessly documenting the almost two hours presentation and discussion in this video.
The presentation was quickly followed by some games made more fun by Steem Dollar prices from the lead of @SteemPH.Antipolo.
The game was like pass the message, but with a twist from simply passing on words. The participants were asked to draw their interpretation of the message one by one until the message gets to the last person in the group.
The meet up was held in a private resort, and at >30 degrees Celsius the participants started enjoying the cold water of the pool after the games and having their meals.
Our along with the children of the participants have all been in the pool since we got to the venue at eight in the morning. After a couple of hours of learning session and a delicious meal, it was the kids at hearts' turn to swim and enjoy the pool.
The group honored us with our own room with a beautiful view of the pool. We were able to take a short break to rest before enjoying the delicious meal the group prepared for everybody.
The Longest Question & Answer
The main reason why we take the time to prepare for, travel, and spend our earnings to bring communities together via the SteemPH Meet Up Caravan is to share what we've learned so far in our journey. Both and I were blown away by the interest, and eagerness to learn shown by the @SteemPH.Antipolo community. As seen in the video, what averaged to 10-15 minutes Q&A between the Bulacan and Cavite meet ups we hosted turned out to be at least 30 minutes in Antipolo.
Genuine Appreciation from the Attendees

The Best Meet Up Yet
We like this meet up the most of the three meet ups we hosted via the Caravan so far for a few reasons.
- We are becoming more confident with our presentation after spending some more time in research, and passing through the natural learning curve as we spend time creating contents ourselves.
- Our
enjoyed the pool and playing with the participants' kids.
- This is a meet up that required the least effort from
and myself. The group in @SteemPH.Antipolo searched for the venue, arranged for the catering services, and helped us out from setting up to packing up.
- The group was very enthusiastic, and this made us both feel that our efforts are well worth it.
We wish to thank , the core team of @SteemPH.Antipolo, and all the participants for inviting SteemPH Meet Up Caravan to take part in your SteemPH.AntipoloFest.
