Prolog 前言
The whole day indulged with great food. Breakfast with my usual coconut milk steamed rice, followed by a full 2 pieces combo in Texas Chicken, and dinner at Sushi King with junior. Traffic is really congested, may be due to Starbucks buy one get another one for 0.20 promotion, we're even having trouble to get into Tesco. Out of the blue, have you noticed the portion of these sushi became smaller?今天一整天都沉浸在美味食物里。早餐吃了椰浆饭,中午立刻接上了德克萨斯炸鸡餐,然后晚餐又来到了金寿司。话说今天很堵车,不知是不是因为星巴克在搞每一杯,第二杯只算两毛。结果堵得我进商场都觉得困难了。今天和小朋友来吃,有没发觉最近寿司好像越来越小片了?
Workout 运动
It's late and I have limited time. Tomorrow is Friday, and I had to wake up early to meet my roast pork client again. I'd better be getting my workout finish and complete my planks so I can keep my record straight for 30 days! Interval planks, 30 seconds each for 4 sets.
今天也是时间不够,明天又是星期五,早上要早起去见我的烧肉顾客。所以还是别想太多,赶快做了平板支撑运动交功课。一分钟平板对很多人来说小事,可是要连续三十天的毅力,实在不简单呀。今天的间歇平板支撑,三十秒,四次进行。不好意思,穿着内内就做了。要敢去睡觉。好像还看到乳沟了。
