Hell day #1 地狱训练日
Change of reporting to make way for HELL DAY report. This marked the first day of the final week, 12/12 body weight training programme. At this point of time, food intake is still a major concern on my side due to lent season, I'm practicing abstain in respect of my family member who is a Catholic. There's very little, to no choice for me to choose from the breakfast/lunch and dinner menu. I can choose to go to the vegetarian shop, but that doesn't mean I can eat healthy. Even vegetarian shop, their food are heavily fried and processed. I have a relative and looks thin, and practice full vegan. Guess what, he's having high blood pressure too. I need to be thankful for being still healthy despite I hardly take care of myself when I was young. Today's training is the first time for me, by using HESTIA workout module, consist of squat jumps, squats, sprawls, push ups. Mostly focus no lower body.
今天开始暂时性会更改一下报告方式。主要原因是,今天实十二个星期短期锻炼的最后一个星期,又是鼎鼎大名的地狱训练周。所以暂时一个星期七天改一下报告方式给大家。前言直接省略了不必多说,反正平时都是报告吃吃喝喝的没啥特别。今天集中火力报告锻炼。基本上目前我面对最大的挑战就是食物的选择范围极小。由于旧情人是一名天主教徒,我身为家庭成员的也必须尊敬也跟着开始戒绝一直到复活节。不管是早餐,午餐和晚餐,能选择的范围非常有限。我当然不介意去素食料理,不过也不代表吃素食的家伙就一定会瘦。我有亲戚是吃素的,人的体格瘦小,且觉得比我一定更健康。可是,偏偏他是高血压,我则是从高血压改变回来到现在正常。说着,我还真是需要感恩了。虽然以前年轻肥胖的时候有高血压,不过后来减肥了就一直保持健康良好状态。今天的运动是HESTIA,之前从来没有试过这一个运动模式,当中包括了深蹲跳弹,深蹲,麻雀跳和俯卧撑。基本上大部份的都做都是强调下半身。
