Sometimes we tend to neglect a lot of small things that are happening around us.
What are the small actions that leaves big impact here in this steemit community?
I believe that each one of us are doing everything they can to get notice.
Small action...
Newbies/plankton/red fish : upvoting with the value of $0.001.
Big impact...
If there are 10 upvotes from them it will give a value of $0.01.(Anyone who is using Partiko application or 
Hive account@ginabot notification can see the value of each upvote).
To be keep in mind...
Some of us will ignore this small value upvote but we forgot that it is so difficult to get notice by a higher SP steemians. Most of them are already busy keeping the platform balance, safe, easy access and comfortable for everyone.
The newbies only want to get notice and if you think that their content worth of an upvote, spare some time and give some value that you think are appropriate for their content.
If they didn't upvote but leave a precious comment for your writting, give them some token of appreciation... An upvote or if you can't upvote just reply to their comment for an encouragement.
Simple advice for newbies/plankton/red fish...
Keep on writting eventhough you only get small value upvote everytime. If you can get a value of $0.01 be glad because someday this small value will become more and more if you didn't give up.
Do not abuse you steem power(SP). Give a value of at least $0.001 for an upvote.
If you can't give an upvote of $0.001, just leave a comment which show that you have read the content and appreciate their writting. Don't just simply aim for the upvote from a higher SP steemians.
Some thinking that might be interesting...
Today the newbies might look like an unvaluable upvoter but if you find out that they are the good steemians and value their contents, who know that someday they might be the biggest supporter of this platform.
Today, each of our post might only get a value of $0.01 each but if we didn't give up, someday it will reach the value of $100 each if... And only if, we keep on writting a good quality content.
Each steemian are unique, they might have some good reason for making rules.
