Photography has no limits, the limit is your imagination and creativity. There are many techniques and types of editions to use in our photographs and thus improve them visually, never agree with the first result, photography is not just to give the button of your camera, it is much more than that, one always has to try to go Beyond and be creative.
In this photograph of a bridge I wanted to highlight the reddish color of rust on the ground, as I thought the finish would be interesting and striking. It's not that I did not like the original photograph, I just wanted to go further and try to do something different.
In the following scene taken in the park of my city I wanted to highlight the part of the monument since by its position in the center of the image I knew that it would obtain a good result.
This image, having a parallel perspective, seemed perfect to highlight the part of the ground and make the perspective detail more visible.
In this celestial scene, in which you can see some chemtrails leaving their traces and drawing in the sky, I thought it would be a good idea to highlight the traces and give more contrast to the image in addition to making it more beautiful visually.
All the images are my own, they were taken with a Sony Xperia and edited with GIMP using the selective color technique.
