Let’s take in some more of the Caribbean. This time we take a dive around the island of Grenada. Hold your breath!

A beautiful radial ripple pattern intersects this underwater scene. In between the ripples divers descent to a sunken ship situated inside a coral reef. With light playing from the ripples the whole coin comes alive. You almost imagine yourself diving in between a coral reef. A very good design execution.

The big letters at the top reminds us, that Grenada, just as Dominic doesn’t mint those coins. The eastern caribbean central bank takes care of this. The reverse shows the logo of the bank, a pair of palm leaves with Queen Elizabeth II in the center.Conclusion
This coin really makes me want to go for a dive. Preferably right next to a old pirate shipwreck. With a metal detector.
