So when this shows up in your mailbox, you know it’s trouble! (Fun trouble. 😉)

But let’s start at the beginning...

A few (couple?...) of months ago, I am certain Hive account@thedamus was having Guinness 🍻 filled night at The Beagle. I had made a post about some vintage silver bars and out of nowhere Hive account@thedamus declares he will be sponsoring me for Lead Tier with the new ssg-community bot.

HUGE surprise.

But little did he know.... I wasn’t even a member of SSG! Oops... 😬

So this crazy Canadian pirate sponsors me into SSG... So he can then sponsor my Lead Tier for the inaugural month of the new community vote bot.

DANG! Even nicer. And SO MUCH PRESSURE!

I only acquired my first piece of silver in December, but unexpectedly one of the BIGGEST and most memorable folks of the community had brought me into the fold.

I had to say thank you somehow.

Because Hive account@thedamus has no shame 😉 (and I am a master spy...) it was easy to find his address on the sly. (He’s always sharing the PO Box in unboxing pictures. 😄) With his contact info in hand, I initiated a surprise “attack” - sending a 1oz .999 Silver Wayne Gretzky round over the border as a thank you for his sponsorship of my SSG life. ☺️ Reaction post HERE

This made us even. ☺️

And now for the battle of baby-ups.

When he started mentioning his intention to up things again, it was time for a quick “parlay”.

My terms, only baby-ups allowed (cause let’s be honest it’s the only way I’d be able to keep up!)
