I just received a group of new coins. One of my last minute add ons was the Black Panther silver coin from Tuvalu. For me Tuvalu has been hit or miss but I just saw the move Black Panther and heard it's close to reaching $1 Billion in box office gross revenue. To say the least ... it is a very popular movie and breaking records. The premium was over $5 which usually puts this type of coin past my threshold but every once in a while I add a coin based on gut feeling that long term ROI could be special. So with the insane popularity of the movie and the fact that only 50,000 coins were minted, I pulled the trigger as an impulse purchase. The coin is pretty cool, pics below. But I also noticed today that the premium has already been increased to almost $10 !!!
I might have just got lucky or possibly this coin can just be worth melt value in long term but for today ... I'm happy :):):)
