I get an ounce of silver for the first hour of my work and fiat for the rest of the day. Its a great deal for my boss as well as me. He buys in bulk at these low prices and so when the price does rise, he will still have a big supply on hand for me for a while.

But if we were all paid in gold and silver coins only, think how much fun it would be to SPEND IT!!!
