I don't usually buy special occasion bars, but I had never heard of Motherlode mint, so I thought this would be a good pickup. It looks like I've got the "large ripple" variety of this bar from 1973. I don't love the spots and streaks on it, but I think given enough time, it'll turn into some nice toning.
I like the other side better than the main design side. It's a lot simpler and more understated.
