Silver in the mail!

Just in time for Christmas, the mailman brought me an excellent present. Several days ago I won this contest put on by Hive account@goldkey. Before I go on, I have to say if you're not following this guy, you should. He runs loads of contests, is active on #steemsilvergold, and is a fellow #pocketsilverchallenge participant. An all around good dude.

The prize for this contest was an ounce of Christmas silver, which arrived today. Let's open it up and see what we find!

The first thing I found was a Christmas card, featuring a Thomas Kinkade winter scene on the front and glitter. Very festive! This one is going on the mantle for sure.

Inside I found my prize. The pictures don't do it justice. The detail is great, and it's very shiny. Especially for being 20 years old.

This was a great Christmas gift to receive, and I can't thank Hive account@goldkey enough. Merry Christmas, bud!
