Sometimes when you look back on old things, they seem to be a lot simpler. Back in the old days, bamks could print their own money but thay also meant that they had to honor their money as well.
So back in the day, when I was a little Hammer, my Pops gave me 2 currency bills. I remember him saying, they aren't worth anything unless you find the right collector. Now these bills where produced back in 1865. Since then I have decided to have them framed and just keep hold of them. They are diffently a conversation piece.
Now Selma Alabama is not known for very much, biggest 2 things are, the Civil Rights march started in Selma and they produce Bush Hog farm equipment. Now the Civil Rights March, has really put Selma on the map over the past 10 or so years.
The $20 note is a lot more rarer than then the 5 simple because they only produced a fraction of these compared to the 5's.
So maybe on day I will let them go to the right buyer, but for now, they are safe and sound....
So, lets start a show me your old Money!!!!
