Well when I saw this coin, I new I had to do another pick. Now this coin has a limited mintage of 25,000. Here take a looksie.
You are looking at the 2019 1 oz Cameroon Silver Cheetah Coin (BU)
Not to often do you find a coin where the reverse is just as stunning as the obverse but this nailed it in my opinion. Now these are minted by Scottsdale, so you know quality will not be an issue.
Here is a little information about this coin provided by JMBullion.
Each of the 2019 1 oz Cameroon Silver Cheetah Coins from Scottsdale Mint are available to you inside of protective plastic capsules. These silver coins have a proof-like finish, meaning youll notice the presence of frosted design elements with mirrored background fields. This is the debut release of this stunning new offering and is sure to attract a great deal of attention in its first year of availability.
The Republic of Cameroon is one of the more interesting nations on the African continent. The official languages are English and French, and the nation is often referred to as a miniature snapshot of the African continent for its cultural and geographic diversity. Though not one of the largest nations on the continent, Cameroon still offers a staggering diversity of geographic features ranging from the 13,500-foot peak of Mount Cameroon to the beaches, deserts, rainforests, and savannas that cover the region.
On the obverse of the new 2019 1 oz Cameroon Silver Cheetah Coin is the image of the fastest land mammal sprinting across the savanna. The design is unique in that it lacks a natural setting in the background, with the Scottsdale Mint instead opting to include elements from the national flag and coat of arms. Most notably, a large star as found in the center of the national flag is featured in the background.
The reverse of the 2019 Cameroon Silver Cheetah features the coat of arms for the nation. This unique national shield is backed by two large battle axes that cross behind the shield, and the surface of the shield has a star in the center with the scales of justice represented on the surface. Inscriptions on this side of the coin are in French.
