Evening all.....

So today I’ll give you the follow up from being hit by another truck tonight.

I spent all f the morning and part of the afternoon dealing with the insurance company. Even though I reported it to them last night and gave them all the information, I had to go through the entire thing again with the person assigned to my claim.

Then I got transferred to another person to get a referral number in order to get a rental vehicle until they could send out an adjuster to my truck.

It wasn’t till about 3:00 when I finally got my rental vehicle from Enterprise. I had to use them because of my insurance company. They were pretty quick but had just rented out the last pick up truck prior to me getting there. So I am stuck with an SUV.

After getting my rental, I headed over to where my truck is being held to get my stuff out of it. Here are some better pictures of the damage done.



As you can see in the picture he hit me so hard that the entire quarter panel was pushed all the way past the entire wheel well.

There is still stuff dripping out of my truck.

In 31 years of driving this is the first accident that I have been in. While I didn’t get injured, my body hurts from tensing up for the impact.

So here is my temporary ride. It’s a Ford Explorer. It’s fully loaded and my insurance covers the entire bill. So atleast that’s good.
