Hi everyone, I just wanted to show you a matching pair of 1935 Swiss Gold 20 Franc's. These coins were minted at the Bern mint from 1897 to 1935 and then again in 1947 and 1949, and the later years were re-strikes.
The coins have a Female figure on the obverse, and the Swiss shield with oak leaves on the reverse. These coins are in demand because of there fractional Gold content, with .1867 Gold. Twenty Franc Gold coins were also minted as 20 Francs Swiss Helvetia, and the 20 Francs Gold French Rooster Coin.
