Welcome to the most boring day of the week, it's the another #boringpostwednesday.
If you hadn't noticed, February arrived and in a blink of an eye it's almost over. So let's start this weeks blog with what everyone wants to know:
Next months delegation levels and liquid steem donations.
For the 4th month in a row, we can offer the 1 MONTH SPECIAL rate of 2% liquid steem rate. This equates to-
Gold: 2500 delegation / 50 steem
Silver: 1000 delegation / 20 steem
Copper: 500 delegation / 10 steem
Bronze: 250 delegation / 5 steem
Lead: 100 delegation / 2 steem
To calculate delegation when using liquid steem, simply multiply by 0.02 (2%)
But just to reiterate, I'm pretty sure this will be the LAST month we can offer these cheap liquid steem rates. My best guess is that rates will have to rise to 2.5% for March, this is still well below the 5% we began with. So make the most of this month if paying with liquid steem.
As you can see, is ticking over nicely. Voting Power remains higher than I would like, but that leads to 2 positive side effects.
1- Your upvote $$ value is increased, so February has been a good month.
2- There is no denying that members of steemsilvergold are posting less and so VP is higher. This leads to only 1 thing..... Increased voting %'s for March. Which should keep the VP back in check of low to mid 90's. Myself and will bang our heads together and work out the best rates we can offer with out over stretching the VP.
NOW, ONCE AGAIN, I NEED YOUR INPUT.
As you can see, we are sitting pretty at 133,000SP. The end of February brings an end to a few leases. The new predicted SP is 125,000SP. So what I want to know is are members happy with the figure of 125kSP and not having to spend anymore steem or shall we spend few hundred more steem and boost the SP back to the 130000 mark???
Bare in mind our target SP has always been 100,000sp and this incredibly high SP has been the result of an incredibly successful #MR3.
My suggestion would be to see what liquid steem donations come in for March and then look to use them to boost back to the 130kSP mark (dependant on amount received). I still want to drag out the most of the steem we have, to last for as long as it can.
FEEDBACK and SUGGESTIONS are most welcome.
That moment when you think you've reached the end of this blog and it's just getting started!!!
Did someone mention #steemsilverround?? Well the wheels have been set in motion and heads are being banged together to come up with ways to get the 2019 SSGR made.
We need to know numbers? What is the interest in the 2019 round? We've managed to sell 1500 in 2017 and 2018, but then steem price was much higher. Has the drop in steem price (about 90%) since the last round put anyone off?
It's time to get your notebooks a d pencils out and start to think of designs. There is no rush and an official #steemsilverround blog will be put out in due course to let you know.
The next monster raffle has been proposed to be held on Saturday the 22nd of June.
This coincides with the big "block party" weekend meet-up.
held his monthly 250sp delegation giveaway and it was won by
Some more great news is that has offered up a 100sp delegation as a 2nd prize and that was won by
.
So congratulations to you both, these will be added to any amount you already have. Plus a massive thank you to for his kind gesture.
These SBI/giveaways raffles are really adding up in terms of upvote value to . We received a $0.28 upvote yesterday
With this season of #steemmonsters coming to an end, it maybe time to start giving back some of the cards that were so kindly loaned to ssg-community by its members.
I'll definitely be getting a raffle/giveaway or 2 up using some of the cards ssg-community has been lucky enough to collect from the daily rewards.
