Calling all hockey fans, silver stackers & gamblers! Would you spend 2 SBD for a chance at 32 SBD and 1oz of the shiny? Runner-up wins too!

OK, so there will be 16 spots at 2 SBD each, limit of one entry per person.

ALL SPOTS MUST BE FILLED BY FIRST PUCK DROP WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11TH FOR CONTEST TO BE A GO.

If not full by the start of the first game this Wednesday all SBD will be returned to those that did want to play...and we will be sad.
Let's talk prizes first, then rules.

1st Prize is 32 SBD and this 1oz stormtrooper round...

Runner-up (second to last one standing) will get .6oz of Tresure Island Silver...

These will ship anywhere free of charge.

Rules-N-Stuff

One entry per person. Pick a number if you like, or I will give you one.
You will get a team at random, kind of like picking a name out of a hat. I will list all 16 teams in alphabetical order on random.org list randomizer (example here with the 15 teams that will NOT be in this year)
I will hit that "Randomize" button and whichever team lands on your number will be your team for the duration of the playoffs. (example again, with this year's losers)
So in this example, if you picked number 13 when you signed up your team would be the Arizona Coyotes (oof!)
If your team wins the 2018 Stanley Cup, YOU will win first prize (32 SBD & Stormtrooper round)
If your team makes it to the finals and loses, you will win second prize (Treasure Island round)
If the Los Angeles Kings win the Stanley Cup again, EVERYONE is invited to my house to celebrate! :)
I will hold the 32 SBD in savings, so it will be transferred to the winner 3 days after the final game.
I will pick the teams as soon as the spots fill up and post the list for all to see.
This may be going a bit overboard but trades are allowed before the first game starts on Wednesday, just work it out amongst yourselves, then both parties must post their agreement in comments of the team assignment post. The trade deadline is one hour before the puck drops in the first game this Wednesday.
