As you may know I'm down in Arizona visiting my folks and today I had a free day and a car at my disposal, so I mapped out a tour de LCS and got on my way.
I used to live in the Southwest and I still love it down here. There's nothing quite like cruising down the road with the music blasting and the windows down.
First up was a place called Xavier Coin. Now let me tell you, this was a proper coin shop. They had tons of stuff; numismatics, bullion in all forms, giant safes in the back, they even had one of those display cases with carousel inside....everything!!
Well after looking around for a while I decided on this Son's Of Liberty Mint bar.
I like the shape and I remember 
mentioning that the mint in no longer in business so I grabbed this one first.
After that I dug through their box of one ounce generic bars and ended up with one depicting my home state.
