Hi Friends,
Let’s start with herself:
Elizabeth II in 1953 when she was coronated Queen of England. Totally fuckin’ gangsta’ if you ask me 😜👍
Anyway, present at Westminster Abbey at the Ceremony were 10 healdic beasts standing symbolic guard over the proceedings. These beasts are being issued in 2 oz 9999 Ag coins by the Royal Mint and so far there have been six:
Griffin of Edward
Lion of England
Red Dragon of Wales
Unicorn of Scotland
Black Bull of Clarence
Falcon of the Plantagenents
Here’s the obverse, and i just finally realized that there are two different finishes...
And here’s the money shot — victims of stackitus be warned!
This series is great, and really looks and feels like legit treasure. Each coin has a limited mintage of 1 million (which is high) but several designs have already sold out. So if you want one there are primos attached. With that being said, i can totally advocate for this product, and would be so bold as to presume, that if any bullion coins are going to command high premiums going forward, that surely this series will be amongst the Kooks, the Pandas and the Privateers. Go and grab ye some!
Beast Mode!
