I'm still working on pouring silver and figured I may as well get a stamp. All the common ones are used by other pourers so I found one that fits for me. It's my great state of Michigan! I also got the Alphabet and 0-9. Now I need a .999fs and ozt stamp. Then we'll be rocking. All in due time I suppose. Check these out.
First whack with the Hammer
I'd never stamped any of my pours before. So I grabbed the Brass Hammer and gave the stamp a few good whacks. The stamp looks pretty decent. I decided to try to add some letters. They are crooked but not bad for a first try.
Now I'm waiting for my crucibles and Stainless Shot to show up. I may even put some up for sale if there is any interest. Time to get to work.
