Doing my usual ebay, late night perusing I came across these little things.
Now I've never bought any fractional silver before but I liked the look of these and had never heard of them so I thought I'd take a closer look.
The seller was selling them as a 1oz job lot (X4) and had a "buy it now" option, which if you've seen my previous ebay purchases, is just how I like them....
Even better, he offered free p&p and had more than one item for sale. Its like the Holly trinity of eBay options!! Well I always find, these 3 things give me the best possibility of a discount.
So cheekily I offered to buy 2 lots of 4X 1/4 oz coins and with out a fuss my offers were accepted and now they are here 😀
Im very happy with them and the way they look. All measurements, weights and "magnet" test say silver, but since I have nothing similar to hold them against I can't compare to anything I have but I do think they are genuine silver rounds.
Im struggling to find more info about them on the Internet, like who sells them, are they part of a series, what are they worth..... Etc So if anyone can shed some like on these neat little rounds I'd greatly appreciate it.
I actually bought them as giveaway prizes and fundraising ideas, so whatch this space as 1 will be coming up for grabs soon
