Here is how I got my funds back!
As you know from my constant whining of late on Steemit, that I transfered SBD and Steem to Poloniex 18 days ago.

The exchange then shuttered the SBD and Steem functions and they lost my funds.
Even after they re-opened SBD andSteem functions they could not find my funds.
I had opened two tickets and got little response, then this confusion:
The agent finally stated that to get it back they needed to find it, they needed:
"This does not match any transactions in our database, kindly copy and paste the block explorer link (bex) showing the transaction and paste as a response to this ticket".
Well I asked on Steemit if anyone knew how to do this but no responses came... but I figured it out.
Here's How
- Open a ticket
- When they ask for the transaction ID Go to https://steemd.com/@ (you)
- Scroll down to the date you transferred the funds.
- Find your Transfer (memo marked in red)
- Go to the right hand side and click the ID #
- Copy and Paste the entire transaction in the ticket response
Finally Resolution
The account was funded and then I immediately transferred it out to another exchange.
