This post has helped me understand how to create content much better than as of now. TBH I am not in the science or medical field, apart from being diabetic type one for the last 46 years with no long-term complications. I have my own way of dealing with my condition and perhaps one day I might just might post up my dealings. One defo piece of advice I would say is if I can live with this condition from 1970 with all the medical advances since then anyone can.
