USB cable
we all are aware about USB data cable that it helps us to transfer data from one point to another but do u know there is some tech involved in it in terms of speed data transfer capacity etc here is a perfect explanation for same.
The USB is an acronym for universal serial bus.
Now USB are divided into type of categories like
USB TYPE A,
USB TYPE B,
USB TYPE C.
USB type A:This type of USB port is used old phones, computer, pendrives, etc peripheral devices. The size of port was comparitively bigger and also we need to insert in specific manner so that it will connect.
Type B:
This type of port is used generally modem, routers, telephone, cable wires, etc The shape of pin is bit different its somewhat rectangular/square in shape.
USB type is approximately having 5 varians like
USB type B standard,
USB type B mini,
USB type B micro,
USB type B 3.0
USB type B 3.1
Type c:
This type of USB is used in most pf mobile phones, also many pheripheral devices contain this type of port.
Now USB types and USB versions are completely different USB version is something that is completely related to speed transfer and pins structure.
USB version of data cable are:
Version 1.0,
Version 2.0
Version 3.0
Version 3.1
Version 1.0 is first USB version launched which can transfer speed of upto 12 mbps that is bit low but when it was launched it was quite high so people used it in large extent.
Version 2.0 was succesor of USB version 1.0 it had speed transfer of 480 mbps that was quite good and could transer lot of speed.
Versions 3.0 brought drastic change in speed of data transfer having speed of 5Gbps that was also called as super speed USB.
Versions 3.1 brought data transfer speed limit to next level by giving speed of about 10 Gbps.
