I recently heard about Steem User Authority, , a delegation bot unlike others, and they aim to enable minnows to earn for quality content.
Steem User Authority uses a measure of your post success, number of up votes, the weight of those upvotes, number of followers and even comments to determine your value to the Steem network and then upvotes you accordingly.
Then if you delegate 250 SP to @Steem-ua you will receive one upvote per day from @Steem-ua, and the weight will be dependant upon:
The Steem User Authority upvote system encourages two key things:
- consistent content creation, because missing a day means you miss your available upvote.
- efforts to grow in user authority ranking:
- improving content quality
- improving community following, comments and upvotes by alternative means. (I.e., contests)
My experience:
So far so good!
I delegated 250 SP and for that I get one daily upvote, which has been between 0.30 and 0.10, again it varies because... Math.
The upvote is solid but also there are whales who delegate more SP than they can sufficiently benefit from. Why? Because they want this new system to help the little guys in order to encourage steemit's adoption and success.
So far I love it and I definitely recommend you check them out.

Bottom line:
If I kept that 250 SP and upvoted myself 10 times a day, I'd earn 0.10. Which is the worst I've received from so far.
Also my SP is enticing others and they are benefiting. Which helps #growSteemit, so I am onboard.
Seriously, check it out. Do yourself and Steemit a favour.
