I could not believe it my self, 1hour20min nonstop swimming. Its not my first time for 110 laps but it’s been a while. My highest is 130laps which burns me out, i think about 2 months ago.
Today, i had the mood, the pool was empty, not many kids around, perfect lane for my self and also the sun was scorching today.
My fitness app data gave me 5 ⭐️ because i achieve 1835 calories burn.
40 Laps - Freestyle
40 Laps - Breast Stroke
30 Laps - Reverse Back Stroke(Only Leg)
Pat my self at the back, and told my self tomorrow will be another day. Rest relax and eat well diet.
Let’s hope i can go far with this regime.
