I look out over this peaceful little alcove
And suddenly it doesn’t matter how far I drove
To witness this majestic sight on the California coast
I’m filled with such wonder that I had to make this post
To share with you all the grandeur and beauty
That we are all lucky to have the chance to see
We must treat this land like a precious gem
For if we don’t, our tranquility will have no place from which to stem.
