Mehendi- henna
This was during my cousin’s mehendi ceremony: a ritual celebrated in India as a part of the marriage.
A mehendi ceremony is an important pre-wedding event celebrated mainly in parts of Asia. Typically more prominently celebrated by the brides family , on this occasion a professional henna artist is called to apply henna to the bride. In few rituals The initials of the groom are drawn on the henna design and its the task for the groom to find it. Its a fun ceremony where in relatives and family sing and dance in enjoyment followed by food 😜
